Boston's in Atlanta tonight, and while the Celtics have been rolling at 50-24, the Hawks at 42-33 are no pushovers, especially on their home court. The key matchup is absolutely Trae Young against Derrick White. Young can light it up from anywhere, averaging 26.8 points and 10.2 assists, but White's defensive tenacity and improved offensive game (15.3 points, 4.3 assists) make that a battle worth every possession.
The Celtics have won five of their last six, and even without Robert Williams III, their defense has remained stout, holding opponents to under 100 points in three of those wins. The Hawks, meanwhile, have been erratic, winning three of five, but they just dropped a game to Washington, which isn't a great sign. Jayson Tatum's averaging 30.1 points and 8.9 boards this season, and he's not letting them lose this one.
Boston takes this one comfortably, 118-106.
